CHEMICAL DETECTION SERVICES

Pierce County Alliance’s Chemical Detection Services (CDS) provides urinalysis and breath analysis in order to detect the use of alcohol or other substances, and is used primarily for monitoring PCA treatment clientele for sobriety.

The collection of breath and urine samples are monitored by staff and all samples are processed and documented in accordance with legal, evidentiary standards. Laboratory testing processes also meet the requirements of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:45 pm
